Infini Innovation Pty Ltd is owned by Ms. Refiloe Mbuyane and is a 100% black-owned company; solely owned by a strong young black female.
The company was established and registered in 2017 and acquired its Eskom vendor number in 2018.
It is currently functioning under the hands of the sole Director, being young, hardworking, and dedicated.
Infini Innovation Pty Ltd exists to create job opportunities, sustain growth and create wealth. The company always binds itself by a promise to provide and maintain professional service delivery to their clients.
It also seeks to create an excellent business relationship with our suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply to all our clients.
Having worked in both the public and private sector, Rebone has extensive experience in the logistics and Supply Chain space. Completed a Logistics degree, and then worked for a mining company first in the Logistics department and then later joined the procurement team. As a supply chain consultant, Rebone worked closely with clients in the public sector, implementing supply chain solutions. To stay abreast with Best practices and continuous improvement with SCM, she becomes affiliated with CIPS a globally recognized professional body. through CIPS she competed for a qualification that covered a variety of topics looking at the future of sustainable procurement in various sectors. Management and innovative solutions are on her list of expertise, as she believes in constantly finding new ways to do better.
Is the founder and CEO of Infini Innovations, and her vision is to break all bearers of entry in this complex industry. Her approach to doing business has always been to find innovative ways to put the customer first. Her mission from day one was to offer a service that is a notch higher than the best, which she learned whilst in a sales and quality assurance position. Her love for people and creativity motivated her to complete a PR qualification with UNISA. As a business owner she feels it is important to stay abreast with your sector, and for that. The reason she continued to enroll for courses in business development. She strongly believes every customer is valuable and has developed a relationship management model that has been the backbone of the client base Infini has attracted and kept.
Lerato has extensive financial management knowledge and experience. She believes "if you manage money right, it will do the rest of the work for you" She has successfully established a seamless finance department, ensuring that everything is forecasted, actioned, and expedited accordingly. Lerato has obtained a BComm degree in finance from the University of Johannesburg, where she discovered that the finance field is more than just recording money. During the first few years in her finance role, she also got training on an HR payroll system.
Nonkululeko has vast experience in office administration and management. Having completed her diploma in Business Management, she began her career working with a company called Baroka Business Enterprises. Her skills and responsibility were to compile compliance documents, pastel payroll, and general office management. She went on to consult for small companies with regards to company compliance and general business practices. Nonkululeko continues to work closely with small companies to help with administration systems and business solutions.
Is a qualified engineer, that holds a Government Competency Certificate (2014). He obtained National Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and has a post-graduate diploma in Operations Management. With a solid background that spans over ten years in the mining industry focusing on maintenance & reliability engineering, he has a passion for engineering and high regard for safety standards..
Lebo has extensive experience in Business Development, having previously worked in both the retail space and construction industries. He has worked primarily on capital raising, BEE transactions, and M&A transactions in these sectors. Immediately before becoming CEO of UAG.
His focus in financial services particular, acquisitions and strategies in the industry.
